Carmen and her team are the most thorough and efficient team I've ever worked with. From early stage planning to closing day, Carmen cheered us on from the side all while watching out for our best interests. We had a difficult situation and she guided us compassionately and effectively. She kept us on track so that we could meet realistic goals which was not always easy to do during this process! She's also fun and high energy and brings a positive vibe to the entire process. We are thankful for Carmen and her entire team.

Carmen and her team were a pleasure to work with. They were highly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Selling my parents' home of 60 years was made less stressful by everyone at the Cadence Group. Now, I am looking to move and the 1st call I made was to Carmen!
