Carmen and the Cadence Group are top notch buyer's agent and I strongly recommend them. It was a pleasure working with Carmen as she exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make our purchase happen. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and presented us with quality options with zero BS. She was always quick to respond any day and time of the week. She treated us with respect and spoke to us intelligently, but was patient to explain things to us (eg. real estate jargon, time lines, procedures, and laws, etc.) that we didn't fully understand. Not only was she a strong advocate for us and always in our corner she put herself in the center of the ring a few times to fight for us to ensure we came out victorious.

Carmen and Maureen are absolutely stellar. My dad and I were facing selling the beloved home our family lived in for over 50 years. They made the process so easy for us and really understood how special the house is. They generated massive traffic and we ended up with 10+ offers and a wonderful contract. The whole process far exceeded our expectations both in the offer prices we got and the speed and efficiency end to end. We are very grateful and we highly recommend them!
