Joan and her team were just an amazing team who truly partnered with us to sell our property. Our home was a vacation home in a large guard-gated community in Las Vegas and required extra assistance from her team since we were out of town for most of the process. Her local knowledge and expertise made for a quick listing, sale, and close. Her team and her network team of vendors made quick work of anything we needed to complete the sale. We would re-use her in a heartbeat and whole-heartedly recommend for any real estate transaction you may need!

100% RECOMMENDED!!! The Kilton Team hands down is the BEST Real Estate team to have when either Buying your home or Selling your home. What else can we say!!! We met Todd & Joan Kilton after a HORRIBLE buying experience with a different agent. We immediately fired the other agent during the purchase of what we thought would be our forever home; we ended up losing that home under contract. No worries though, Kenneth and I immediately interviewed other agents to help us sell our current home and buy our forever home in Nevada. I believe we may have interviewed 7-10 different real estate teams over the course of a weekend; Todd & Joan were a CLASS ACT! They CARED! They UNDERSTOOD! Their HONEST! They are TRANSPARENT!
