I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy & Basia. Not only is he a dear friend, but he was an absolutely incredible realtor for my son as he bought his first condo. He was endlessly patient, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure he felt confident and supported the entire way. I used Jeremy to sell my house many years ago and had an easy and great experience so I decided to use him to buy a house. I had the good luck (or perhaps a bit of divine intervention) to find Jeremy to conduct the sale of my late Uncle's property. Being that the sale was out of state, I relied heavily on Jeremy to help me facilitate the estate clean-up. Once the house was on the market, it sold within 10 days at a great price point. Jeremy provided his expertise and kept me informed throughout the process. He was the perfect combination of accessibility and professionalism!

It was amazing to work with Jeremy. We had a few hiccups along the way when selling, but he guided us through and took really good care of us. Would've loved to work with him buying a house too, but we were leaving the state. Highly recommended.
