Jenny is truly one in a million. She is the only real estate agent I’ve ever met who has a heart of pure gold. I’ve worked with many agents in the past, but none of them have had the level of care, dedication, and genuine kindness that Jenny has for her clients. From the very first conversation, she was already planning every detail for my sale. She gathered information, created a clear plan, and sent everything to me right away. What impressed me most was how she stepped up when she realized I was handling everything on my own. She went out of her way to help me find contractors for the house. When one contractor didn’t work out, she didn’t give up—she went above and beyond to find another one for me. She even helped me find a gardener and arranged for someone to clean up my yard so the home would be ready to list. She didn’t just act like an agent; she made me feel like a family member, like a little sister was helping me get through a very stressful time. That meant so much to me, especially with everything I was going through. Even after closing, she still didn’t disappear like many agents do. She helped coordinate with the new owners to make sure my mail was collected and forwarded to my new address. She truly goes beyond what anyone would ever expect—far beyond the typical job of a real estate agent. On top of all that, her communication is incredible. She is always there when you need her, any time of day. Even when she was out of state, she made sure someone on her team was available to help me. The moment she got back into town, she was texting and calling to check in, asking how things were and if there was anything else she could do. Jenny, Jaid, and her amazing team are more than just professionals—they are a blessing. I will absolutely continue to work with them for any future real estate needs. For me, Jenny is not just my agent. She has become like family, like a little sister and an angel sent to help me through one of the hardest times in my life. Jenny is an excellent agent. She helped me to sell our rental home with super easy and smooth. She understands what I concern & update me with all single steps. Jenny is an outstanding agent. Jenny helped me with a 1031 exchange transaction and introduced a Qualified Intermediary (QI) to us. I noticed that everyone that was referred by Jenny, such as the QI team, home inspectors, and escrow services, was highly skilled in their trade with amazing attention to details, highly responsive, and kind. Jenny was our realtor buying our first house a few years ago, and she did such a great job that she was our realtor again to buy our second house last month. We bought a new construction home this time, and Jenny made the process smooth. She was always available by text, phone, or email and communicated any updates or requests from the builder. Jenny was our realtor two times, showing how wonderful of a realtor she is. We definitely recommend Jenny to be your realtor!

What an amazing experience to work with Jenny! I’m truly in awe at how much care she put into making sure I was comfortable throughout ALL the steps in the homebuying process.
