I moved to the Sacramento area from North Texas one year ago. Jenny helped me find the perfect house for my needs, and her expertise and valuable knowledge ensured an extremely smooth transition, and I was able to complete all paperwork electronically, closing while vacationing in Mexico! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to turn around and sell my house a year later to move to the LA area. I, of course, asked Jenny to help me sell and she once again went above and beyond to make sure the sale of my house benefited both parties and that the sale was as smooth as possible with no unexpected surprises or roadblocks. Amanda was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us identify and prioritize our wants and needs, and help set our expectations about the market and prepare us for the process. Being an out of state buyer trying to find something in a hot market made things extra challenging, but Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful in identifying properties and setting up a highly optimized visit to the area to look at properties. I cannot express how helpful Amanda was at being my eyes and ears in the area. Once we identified a list of properties we were interested in, Amanda help guide us through the offer and negotiation process, helped organize inspections, and made sure we understood and were comfortable with each step. Lastly, once our offer was accepted, Amanda stayed active helping coordinate with our lender and title company, and point us in the right direction to establish utilities and find vendors to make minor pre-move-in upgrades. I would be happy to work with Amanda and team for any future purchases in the region.
