Ashley, found me the perfect house and did it quickly! I told him the characteristics I wanted and he got it! Close to work and a good price, in a nice brand new community. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Vegas Valley. He got me everything I asked for and much more! I recommend him to anyone looking for expedient and professional home sourcing. He took me on 2 home showings. The first was a house I chose and it was not what I was looking for. The second house- he chose. I bought that one! -5-Stars

Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was insanely responsive whenever we called or texted him. He had answers to all of our questions - if he didn’t have an answer immediately he would call the right person to get that answer for us. As first time buyers he helped us navigate the process as seamlessly as possible and helped us negotiate a deal we were happy with. He is very thorough, often catching things we didn’t ourselves - even found an extra $700 charge in our closing papers we weren’t supposed to pay. Ashley is a hard worker and was in our court the entire time. Will recommend him to anyone we know looking for a home in the future.
