Ashley Elmore has proven to me that he is a consummate real estate professional, who takes a keen and positive interest in his client's goals, and will work together with the client to achieve the very best end results. Whether he represents his client either for buying or selling a property, (he has recently represented me in both types of transactions), my experience with Ashley is that he is a strong and very capable advocate for his client. He succeeds by listening to his client’s requirements. He became thoroughly knowledgeable about my situation, and the community where my property was located. He already possesses a vast local knowledge of the different kinds of communities and properties here in Las Vegas, and he adeptly keeps up to date on knowing the changes occurring by rapid development. He knows the existing communities and the amenities and/or any restrictions, or any matter that could be either beneficial or detrimental to his clients. I appreciated and benefited from his knowledge, his honest character and his friendly demeanor, and I trust his judgement and expertise. He knows the regulations and rules of real estate and the local market. He demonstrated goodworking relationships with other local real estate agents and vendors; he kept me informed on details, and the result was that negotiations for the sale of my property were thorough and amicable. A proper understanding and good results were achieved for me, and I believe for the buyer. I always will call and rely on Ashley for any real estate transactions that I may need in the future.

We could not have asked for anything more with our experience with Ashley. We had a list of many things we wanted and he was very patient and attentive with us. But when the right home for us came up, he really went to work. Home buying can be a very stressful experience but Ashley was right there like a family member paving the way for us. He was just awesome in every aspect of it all.

We were absentee sellers and needed a real estate agent with experience selling homes and excellent communication and negotiating skills. Jeff and his team met and exceeded our expectations right from the start. His team was very professional and helpful with getting the property listed and ready to show, rolling up his sleeves to work with us every step of the way. We were kept informed of every development and benefited from Jeff’s expert guidance through every step of the process. The result speaks for itself. The home was sold immediately and the final closing took place less than a month from the date the property was listed. We would highly recommend Jeff and his team for all your real estate needs.

We met Ashley while searching for a new home in the valley and lucky for us, this chance meeting turned out to be the best thing that happened to our family! Ashley from the start was motivated, dedicated and highly knowledgeable on all aspects of realty. Additionally, he went the extra mile while we were away on a family vacation and my frequent work trips to keep my wife and I informed on the current status of our home (that was on the market and sold) and the new home we purchased. When I left in December 2023 for another extended trip, he selflessly took time out of his own schedule to assist my wife in moving out of our old house and into the new house. Also, sat with her during the contract signing process to ensure she didn’t miss a step and also to assist with clarifying any questions for her. This I was truly grateful for because not many realtors in the valley would take this amount of time or care to assist someone through this process. I say to everyone out in the Zillow, Realty or Home Buying/Selling world, if your looking for a #1 Realtor in the valley and have not looked up Ashley or found him while looking for properties, you better look him up! He is a rising star in this industry and will be quickly booked by all to assist them in their home buying/selling needs.
