Ashley did an incredible job helping us buy our home. He checked in on us regularly and took us house hunting for several hours all around town many times. He was very accommodating with our schedules and always made time for us. While looking for houses, his expertise on what our family would need helped us pick the home that worked best for us. He made the negotiations and closing process extremely easy and was very friendly and professional throughout.

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Las Vegas area. If you think the home-buying process needs to be long and stressful, work with Ashley and THINK AGAIN! I helped my mom buy her first home, and we went from viewing the house to closing in one month. Ashley is smart, efficient, communicative, and an excellent negotiator — we got everything we wanted and then some! Thank you, Ashley!!

Ashley Elmore has proven to me that he is a consummate real estate professional, who takes a keen and positive interest in his client's goals, and will work together with the client to achieve the very best end results. Whether he represents his client either for buying or selling a property, (he has recently represented me in both types of transactions), my experience with Ashley is that he is a strong and very capable advocate for his client. He succeeds by listening to his client’s requirements. He became thoroughly knowledgeable about my situation, and the community where my property was located. He already possesses a vast local knowledge of the different kinds of communities and properties here in Las Vegas, and he adeptly keeps up to date on knowing the changes occurring by rapid development. He knows the existing communities and the amenities and/or any restrictions, or any matter that could be either beneficial or detrimental to his clients. We could not have asked for anything more with our experience with Ashley. We had a list of many things we wanted and he was very patient and attentive with us. But when the right home for us came up, he really went to work. Home buying can be a very stressful experience but Ashley was right there like a family member paving the way for us. He was just awesome in every aspect of it all.
