I was connected with Hillary through Zillow after looking at a property in Windsor, Virginia. Our first meeting was at a property we knew would never be forever home. We got to know Hillary and let her know what we were looking for and she didn't disappoint with setting up a search for us. Then a week later we told her we are expanding our search and we think we found a house but was not sure how things would work. After discussion and such, she remained our realtor and I could not have been happier. She worked with us and answered all my crazy questions quickly and drove an hour each way each time we had to go to the property for various reasons. Her communication was amazing and her dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly. Fast forward we moved into our dream home and now selling our house with her and she still her answering my crazy questions within hours of me asking. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. She makes you feel like family and it is a relationship not a business agreement

She also connected me with reliable resources for financing, inspections, and insurance, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. What truly set her apart was what she did on closing day. She surprised us by filling the yard with balloons and leaving personalized gifts inside the home. It was meant to be a surprise for my husband, and she was even more excited than I was to plan it! That level of thoughtfulness and genuine care meant so much to us and made the day unforgettable. I truly believe she is the best and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She goes above and beyond in every possible way!

Hillary was wonderful working with us and our agent. She's professional while also being personable and very friendly. Hillary helped make it possible for us to close on our new home before Christmas. We were able to be with all of our family to celebrate Christmas for the first time in years.

Jeff went above and beyond. He made sure all was ok with contract. Kept in close contact and answered any and all questions I had. He made me more at ease with the process and I trusted him completely. He did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend Jeff.
