Jason and Melissa, it was a really memoizable experience to work with you. You saved me a lot of time and effort to communicate with the tenant for property showings and inspections, interactions with HOA, and working with the Buyer. Technically, I sold the townhouse literally remotely, with the help of Email, SMS, teleconference, and DocuSign, without 3 hours driving from/to my residence house. Thanks sincerely.

Very helpful, always answered my questions comments and concerns, always updating me. Very insightful explaining all the paper work. She was quick to get me to close as soon as possible because my transfer date came up quick because of covid. Overall experience was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better agent working with Melissa hunter

Can't Thank you enough Jason! You absolutley crushed my expectations and went above and beyond! Sold my place for 80K more than I was hoping to get. He got me multiple offers within a month, while the previous agent I worked with couldn't get me a single offer in over 4 months. Can't recommend Jason enough.

Really appreciated Jason's time, expertise, and professionalism in getting our condo sold quickly, easily, and for top dollar!! Though we knew he was super busy, Jason made us feel as if we were his only clients by promptly responding to our many questions and concerns and making the process smooth as possible. He was great in helping us understand the selling process; suggesting improvements we should make; having his team make those improvements (e.g., paint, change light fixtures, repairs); and then putting together pictures and a video, including virtual staging. Our condo looked amazing and we got 6 offers within the week!
