Braden was courteous, professional, accessible and knowledgeable about the whole process during our purchase and selection of our new property. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future. I'm not too competent when it comes computer documents, and he was so very helpful in giving directions. He was available beyond what I would expect as a normal workday, and I always felt we were in competent and honest hands and knew he would get back to us with minimal delay. It was a great experience.

Mik had our back the whole time. Explained everything in great detail. Always kept us informed on the process of signing papers, getting information with the lenders, the community and our State Farm agent. If it weren't for Mik's constant work ethic Mary and I would have been so stressed out. Moving is a stressful process. Mike made it easy for us I would definitely recommend Mik to help with anyone buying or selling a home.

Mik went above and beyond with my first-time home-buying experience. Mik was very involved in all aspects of the process from inspirational shopping with my kiddos, through the credit hurdles to get approval, following up and answering every little question I had through closing, and sending us off with warm wishes on Key Day! I look forward to working with him again on either a second home or one for my children as they enter adulthood. He is a valuable tool you want to keep in your belt forever. Braden did an amazing job. He was easy to talk to he was patient and understanding about my needs and wants. I would highly recommend him. He made this process easier and gave me confidence in my decision. Being a widow and downsizing is a big decision and Braden made that decision so much easier. He sold my home in Gilbert and help me purchase my new home. I really enjoyed our time together and again I would highly recommend him.

Our experience of buying our home in Casa grande and Monica as our realtor has been excellent! This is a big life change for my husband and I relocating from another state to become permanent residence in Arizona and Monica has made the process of purchasing effortless.
