Brayden was amazing to work with, his responses were always prompt. I recently purchased some land in Arizona. living out of state I wasn’t sure where to even begin. I was referred to him and from the moment I reached out to him. He was extremely attentive and took the time to talk to me. We looked at different lots and land online that was for sale. Once I decided which one I wanted he was on top of it. He was extremely honest and not pushy at all. He always took the time to explain each step of the process. He was super patient with me, from start to finish. The sale took about a week. Even after we closed on the property, I had a few questions I needed clarification on. He still continues to be as attentive as he was the very first time I talked to him. I am defiantly planning on a reaching out to him once I’m ready for my next purchase.

Love her!!! Monica is amazing, She is the friend that will give you the facts and the help you need. I appreciate the advice, support . I’m glad she wasn’t trying to just sell me a home,no she took her time to hear me and what I was looking for. For anyone looking for someone who cares, Monica is the perfect candidate, treats you like family and doesn’t sugar coat she keeps it real.

If you need somebody, that’s family oriented and really cares about you and Making sure you purchased the right home for the rest of your life or for how long you need a home for she is your agent! She’s not looking to break your pockets Or to hurry up and buy. She takes the time and make sure you’re happy and satisfied with what you’re purchasing or looking for a home. Being new to the entire process of house buying, I could not have asked for a better agent to help guide me through one of the most difficult decisions in life. Jake was resourceful and provided an outlook in which ever area we looked at. One of the best qualities I appreciated was his honesty. Most agents are looking for the next sale but with Jake, he cares about your needs and wants while being professional and considerate your opinions. I would recommend Jake to anyone in the state when looking for a house.

Braden stuck with us even when we wern't sure which direction we were going, he has a balance of when to contact and when to let us discover on our own, once we decided he helped negotiate the best deal for us. The whole process was stress free and moved along quickly with him reaching out every step of the way.
