We were introduced to Jake by Zillow because we were casually browsing Mesa, AZ listings and wanted to look at a few properties. As we were new to the area and only on a seasonal basis, and knew no realtors, when we were contacted by Jake to see if he could be of assistance, we made arrangements to view a few properties. Jake really impressed both my wife and me. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about the market conditions, and always made himself available at a moment’s notice to view whatever properties we wanted to see. He is always punctual and prepared. Although we were very unsure whether we wanted to purchase a second home versus continuing to rent seasonally, he stuck with us over the course of 4+ years! He stayed in contact without pestering us, always inquired when we were going to be in the area, and continued to remind us he was ready to help us whenever we wanted. When we decided we were ready to buy, and found our perfect home, Jake helped us plan and prepare the winning deal. He then arranged for the home inspection, additional roof inspection, and worked through the re-negotiations that resulted in a great deal along with a new roof! He even connected us with the roofing contractor who could complete the job at a very competitive price in the required time frame. All in all, we could not be more pleased with Jake as our realtor. We can highly recommend him to be your real estate agent.

Tom did a great job as our buyers agent! We were shopping from out of state and would visit Arizona several times over more than a year. He would send new properties to us that we were looking for and then take the time to show us many homes when we would be in the area. He also offered to do video tours for us when we were out of the area. Tom went above and beyond in every aspect of our buying process. He helped us find the perfect home! Highly recommend!!

Jake has always been helpful and provides detailed explanations for whatever you need to know. Anytime we needed to reach out to Jake he made himself available. Jake showed us multiple properties in Maricopa ans in Eloy. Jake also advocated in our best interest.

Sweet Jake worked with me for 4 years after I lost my husband. I vacillated as to where I would move, When I would move, how I would move even if I would move. He was so patient and sweet. He got me through everything and let me do everything in my own sweet time. It all turned out very well. He helped me sell my home in Maricopa in a very challenging market. He talked me through every process and talked me down off of a ledge or 2 or 3 and now I have a friend for life. I highly recommend jake and his team for all of your real estate needs
