James and his team did an outstanding job on both the buying and selling sides of our properties! The communication was consistent and efficient throughout the process. His team is able to work digitally and face to face as needed. They even took care of our dog during the showings when we were not able to. James has negotiated many deals. He leveraged past experience to come up with creative ideas for us to get the best value for our money when buying and selling property.

Overall excellent process . Kyle Bush was the agent I worked with and you can’t get better. He was clearly well versed in real estate in the area and the team with finance, Susan was incredible. I have purchased a few properties over my years and this was easily the most seamless! The James group is awesome!

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, the process, and the quality of each property. He was pleasant, professional, positive, and took the time to learn what were key features for me. I found exactly what I was looking for. I also had a chance to work with Catherine, who was also extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I always felt I was in good, trusted hands working with this team. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Samantha was quick to respond when needed and able to work well in a tight time frame. She even stayed up past midnight on the night I flew in to make sure to finalize our timeline to see houses based on when my plane arrived. She and Catherine did amazing to keep me informed of everything and gave me peace of mind as I was moving out of state. Highly recommended this team.
