Initially we chose MHB and Heather Taylor because of their unique model. We had such an outstanding experience I would never use anyone else. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable from the first conversation, all the way through closing. She was adept at reading the market and adjusting the strategy quickly. I had a lot of questions and she always listened to me patiently, even though she already had a very good answer to every question. The process was seamless and I think we got top representation and top dollar. I would not leave our real estate needs to anyone else now that we’ve experienced working with Heather and the entire MHB team.

Heather was excellent! As first time home buyers my husband and I were nervous about the process. She eased all of our concerns and was always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us find our first home and she got it for us UNDER ASKING PRICE??. We can’t recommend her enough. We fully intend to use her again in the future and recommend her to friends and family.

We had chosen MHB to assist in the sale of our home as they had done a great job with the sale of my mother's home. Heather was our realtor, and she was so kind and patient with us, even as our frustrations mounted as our home took longer to sell than we initially thought it would. I would definitely recommend contacting Heather for any realty related needs, and will definitely contact her should we decide to move back to the area again.
