I needed to sell a home in Hawaii but I was in Florida and required more than just a realtor. Hal went above and beyond, helping coordinate repairs, cleaning, yard services, inspections, etc. He handled duties well beyond what anyone would expect from a realtor. He more than exceeded my expectations....he carried a tremendous work load in my absence and shielded me from many of challenges faced during the process.
