Guy Contaldi is a multifamily wizard. I screened dozens of seller agents to find the best one. Top notch negotiator (got $100k over asking!) and always picks up the phone. Worth his weight in gold and put me at ease at every step of the process. In high demand though, so hire him while you can!

Second time we bought a place with Guy - he is the best. Professional and knowledgeable about the Boston real estate market, shrewd in negotiations and caring for his clients. We always had the feeling we have his full attention. If something comes up, he will immediately take action.

Guy was great throughout the whole process and got me much more than I expected for the house I was selling and a very good price on the house I was buying. He was realistic with me and helped me navigate buying and selling a home simultaneously. With any other broker I don’t believe I could have done this and got the results I did. When it came time for things that needed to be done to the new house after inspection he went to bat for me and got me everything I asked for. From now on if any family or friends are looking to buy or sell, I’m insisting they use Guy.

As hard as it was to let go our first home, we were lucky enough to work with Guy Contaldi. He was very knowledgeable of the selling price analysis of the neighborhood and the current market. This resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. His dedication and attention to our needs was superlative.
