We hope to have a chance to tell every single person about our experience working with Matt Tasgin. Just like any other family, my wife and I were looking to buy our first home. We did not know anything about the process other than finding a home we liked and putting a down payment. Matt helped us find the place We could call HOME. He supported us throughout the whole process, and not only that but he made it seem so easy. He helped explain every single detail about home buying, including price, inspection company, loan officer and more. We are so glad to have met and worked with Matt. Hadn’t we worked with him; we probably would have given up beginning the process. From beginning up until closing we had some issues that arose from insurance companies to unanswered calls to getting things done from the seller’s side. But the way Matt went out his way to help us solve every single issue was just amazing. We were so comfortable throughout the whole process thanks to his knowledge. He is someone we will recommend to every single person we know who’s looking for a home. We truly are so thankful to him and can’t wait to work with him again.

Making our dreams come true.... Matt's dedication, patience, and tenacity is unlike any other realtor you may encounter. His expertise and insight in the market provides realistic and hopeful perspectives for buyers to understand the market. I was set on purchasing a multi-family, in one of the toughest markets in US history. I became frustrated and uncertain if this goal would ever become a reality. However, Matt was adamant that persistence is key and supported my family and I in continuing our search, as well as soothe our worries with tangible and lay terms regarding the market. In just a few short months, Matt was able to help us find our dream home. This home was more than what we could have envisioned and we are truly thrilled about the potential the property has now and for our future. Matt Tasgin sold us a house in Methuen, which we are very happy in our new home, he fought tooth and nails for us. We trusted him so much we had him sell my mother’s house in Medford. Working with Matt was felt like having a family member walk you through the process. Made purchasing my first home stress free as he was on top of everything for me. Matt worked around my busy schedule and made sure to be available whenever I needed him. Will definitely be using him in the future.

Matt worked with me throughout the entire selling process and made everything easy and convenient for me. He considered my needs during the process and made sure that my needs were met. He explained all the steps along the way, helped coordinate repairs, and even went to my house while repairs were being completed so that I didn’t have to make the trip back. Matt went above and beyond my expectations, and I plan on contacting him again soon when I’m ready to purchase another house.
