Gretchen's response time is second to none. I never had a message that she didn't respond to quickly. She was very professional and always thorough. She helped me with purchasing a manufactured home in October of 2025. Although she was not experienced with manufactured home sales and financing she dug in and learned what was necessary to help me through the process. I would definitely work with her in the future and highly recommend.

From start to finish Gretchen was a pleasure to work with, and walked us through every step of the home buying process. Gretchen did an amazing job overseeing the purchase of my new home. Her expertise and support was critical in determining location and a competitive price for my purchase by also keeping in mind resale. She was there from beginning to end signing my contract, design studio, working through issues with construction, walk throughs and closing. She is very responsive and went above and beyond by stepping in when needed. My A type personality sometimes got in the way; however, she always exhibited patience and professionalism. Ms. Gretchen went above and beyond to secure my place. In less than a week we saw the place submitted the application and got approved. Not only was she always attentive and responsive she was very patient and kind during the whole process. She answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my place.
