Gretchen did an amazing job overseeing the purchase of my new home. Her expertise and support was critical in determining location and a competitive price for my purchase by also keeping in mind resale. She was there from beginning to end signing my contract, design studio, working through issues with construction, walk throughs and closing. She is very responsive and went above and beyond by stepping in when needed. My A type personality sometimes got in the way; however, she always exhibited patience and professionalism. I would highly recommend and use her again. Thanks Gretchen you are too notch!

Ms. Gretchen went above and beyond to secure my place. In less than a week we saw the place submitted the application and got approved. Not only was she always attentive and responsive she was very patient and kind during the whole process. She answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my place.
