Grace did an excellent job working with a complex family situation; we had multiple owners in the same family with differing priorities. She was kind, patient, and transparent with all parties. Grace particularly excelled at supporting an elderly seller with less than realistic pricing expectations. She communicated promptly and compassionately. I would recommend her to anyone selling a property in the area.

Grace was so knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She helped with more than just selling the house. She helped with contacts for other pertinent items we needed to take care of and was always available without hesitation. She went above and beyond previous experiences with other realtors. Grace is an excellent realtor! She is very knowledgeable about the housing industry and hard working. Grace provided thorough research comparing home prices in the area. This was helpful when deciding on the price for the home listing. She has wonderful communication skills and responds immediately to questions. Grace went above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork was complete in order for the home to close on the specified date. She is very friendly, professional, and truly the best!

in this market, it’s easy to be a realtor. what’s not easy is being a GOOD realtor. we’ve worked with grace for almost 2 years, and she’s made it so so easy for us. she sold our house $20,000 over asking. she walked us through buying and selling our land. and now, helping us on every step of the way on purchasing our dream home! if you want someone to take the burden of this crazy market off your shoulders, use grace cunningham! relax and watch your plans fall into place. ??
