Bob was amazing! We got referred to him though our loan company as someone who understood VA loans very well. He not only was very helpful with our limited budget, but also made sure to point out potential problems and advantages to every property. He is very knowledgeable about several types of loans and their requirements, as well as long term costs and equity. We were able to close on a house with a requirement that wasn't met by our lender by negotiating with the seller to fix the issue. We purchased a newly renovated starter home for less than we would have thought and still had a check at closing. He's very communicative and the entire office made sure we were taken care of whenever something came up. I would highly recommend him for the honesty and communication alone. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

First time home buyers, bob made the process very simple. Bob was very responsive and knowledgeable. Very easy going and never once had doubts working with him. Could always reach bob anytime of the day if we had any questions. Highly recommended working with Bob.

Bob did an exceptional job during our home search process. From our first conversation, Bob reminded us that purchasing a home is a process. He was patient and thorough in every step.
