After touring the property October 12, 2024 and hand delivered the application to Gil Gildore, same day. Unfortunately, this agent did not get back to me until October 21, 2024 to advise me that the current tenants changed their minds about moving. This would be a 10 day notice from my upcoming move from out of state. This agent, nor their secretary Edith provided an updated property listing or assistance to rectify this issue. I have set aside moving arrangements and notified my current landlord of my move. I am in complete shock at how slow this agent/secretary were to notify me of this change and the inconsideration of timing on behalf of the Keller Williams Realty Group. This is completely bad business on both ends and I will be hesitate to recommend them in the future.
