Eric was absolutely fantastic to work with. Went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find a property as out of state clients. Extremely knowledgeable on the local market and neighborhood hoods. Great resource for the property that checked all of the boxes. Worked very hard to earn our business. Will look to Eric for any future investment property searches we may take on. Very personable and down to earth gentleman. Eric is the best in the Valley!

He listened very carefully to identify my family's needs and then invested his time researching properties and planning showings that matched those needs. Eric was knowledgeable in the current selling market and was instrumental in knowing the selling points, price to list. It was first time selling a home on my own, so I appreciated Eric knowledge.
