Eric was phenomenal to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, super responsive, and always available for any question big or small. He listened very carefully to identify my family's needs and then invested his time researching properties and planning showings that matched those needs. Most importantly, I very quickly realized that Eric was someone I could trust...every step of the way in my first-time home buyer journey, I knew that Eric was on my side, advocating for my best interests. He's a good human- and also a strong negotiator who doesn't stop until he gets the best deal for his client. 5 stars all around.

Eric was knowledgeable in the current selling market and was instrumental in knowing the selling points, price to list. It was first time selling a home on my own, so I appreciated Eric knowledge. Every time I had questions, Eric would be responsive in a timely manner. I am happy with the sale of my condo and would recommend Eric as a buyer or seller agent.

This was my first time ever selling a home. A lot of things I didn’t know when anytime I had a question. Eric was right there for me. He went above and beyond. We got the house sold even with this slow market. He’s more than just an agent to me now we are friends. Highly recommended.
