Great strategist, we needed to sell the place quickly as we had a tight timeline to move overseas. Eugene assessed the condition of the home and priced it accurately. Within hours of listing, we received a cash offer and accepted it. Eugene was also knowledgeable and highly experienced in real-estate. He guided us through the escrow process in closed with 3 weeks. This includes us signing via Remote Online Notary as we were already overseas by the closing date. Most of all, he’s very approachable, quick to response and has great attitude. We highly recommend Eugene for all your real-estate needs.

My experience working with Eugene is simply amazing. Eugene is very patient, honest, punctual, and very knowledgable. He always makes sure he works with my likes and dislikes when it comes to choosing the house that I want. He makes sure that the house that I will buy is the one that I will not only like but love. Whenever I have question(s), concern(s), and issue(s), he always makes time to get back with me no matter how busy he is. Most important of all, Eugene together with his wife, Charmaine who is also a realtor, makes me and my loved ones feel like not just a customers, but a part of their family too.
