Eric took us on knowing that our needs were specific and very high. He was very direct and to the point. When he said he could help our family purchase a home he was not lying! We in turn got all closing costs and all fixtures paid for by the sellers. He answered any and all questions in a timely, knowledge-based manner. Working with him and his team was the best decision we made. Now my family and I are in a home that is our own, in a neighborhood that is great and we are building a better future.
