Eric was super for us during a long and arduous home buying process, which recently ended happily with our new home purchase in Broadway Flushing. Eric helped us navigate a very fast-moving and competitive market in these areas in Queens, often dealing with some challenging circumstances and personalities along the way, and hung in there with us right through closing. Beyond that, his responsiveness and sense of humor made him a joy to work with and made a difficult process much easier and at times even fun! Could not recommend more. Thanks again, Eric!

We are very happy that we trusted the sale of our home in Port Washington to Eric Berman, a longtime family friend. We hesitated hiring him as our realtor at first because sometimes dealing with friends can backfire. Eric never let us down — in fact he blew us away with his professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm. Selling a house can be very stressful, but we carefully listened to Eric’s advice on meticulously prepping one’s house, and showing it at its very best.
