I recently bought my home in Mineola, and I’m so glad I worked with Eric. From day one, he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Eric really took the time to understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He knows the Nassau area inside and out, and pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought to look for when buying a house. Communication was always quick and clear — every question I had was answered right away, and he kept me updated every step of the way. What impressed me most was how genuinely helpful, patient, responsive and professional Eric was. Whether it was scheduling last-minute showings, negotiating with the seller, or coordinating with my lender and attorney, Eric stayed on top of everything and always kept my best interests in mind. I always felt like I had someone experienced in my corner looking out for me. If you’re buying or selling in the Nassau area, I can’t recommend Eric enough. When I started this home buying journey on Long Island, one name stood out to be and it was Eric Berman. I've known Eric a long time and knew given that history, I could trust him. From start to finish, he made this whole process understandable and painless. When it came to properties that I was unsure of, I could talk to him about them and get a more informed opinion on them. With this being the largest purchase most people will make, a trustworthy agent should be their top priority and with Eric, you get exactly that, the best realtor on Long Island!

Eric did an amazing job helping my partner and I with the purchase of our first property. Eric had patience and understanding with us being first time co-op buyers and explained everything thoroughly. He is kind, funny and very educated about real estate. I would definitely recommend him and will be contacting him again when it’s time to sell!!

Eric was a friend of mine that I knew from the neighborhood. I heard wonderful things about his realtor business so I decided to hire him as my agent :-). He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me to make the right decisions about when to offer, what to offer and negotiating with the seller's agent. He did his due diligence to make sure that I was eligible for a co-op before I went through all the board approvals. He also helped me through all of the questions of lengthy board package. Buying my first home was one of the scariest things i've ever done. Having someone that I trust to immediately answer all of my questions, hear me rant and then calm me down was exactly what I needed to make this process easier. We also found the home that marked off all of my strict guidelines in about 2 weeks and it was the 3rd home we looked at. So, Thank you Eric, I would work with you again 100%.
