Ellen is extremely friendly, polite, helpfull, and very knowledgeable about the Austin area. We ended up buying in Sun City so we didn't get to experience her negotiation skills, but enjoyed working with her in every way.

Ellen recommended a financial team that actually allowed us to close I our house in less than a month from the time we saw the house for the first time. Ellen was very helpful and kind plus a great responsiveness to our needs.

Ellen was a delight to work with. We were in a multi-offer situation and she was on top of the negotiations from start to finish. Even when she was out of town for part of the time, she set aside her vacation plans and stayed in constant communications with all parties. When things got complicated, she kept her cool, and kept every one on track. Things could have spun out of control easily, but Ellen remained calm and focused. She kept it about business, and did not let us take it personally. Her people skills and professionalism saved the deal in the end! We would definitely recommend Ellen and would turn to her again for our future real estate needs.
