Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lot of miscommunication. I clearly stated what I was looking for, yet I continued to receive information and options I had already said I wasn’t interested in. I was also told a specific time frame for when an agent would reach out, and that commitment was not met. Additionally, during a phone call there was excessive background noise. I brought it up at the time, but it was ignored. When conducting calls, especially with customers, this should be handled more professionally. Overall, the lack of clear communication and follow-through was disappointing.

Roman made buying a home such a smooth experience. He handled much of the heavy lifting and kept us as stress-free as possible through the whole process. His knowledge of neighborhoods and the real estate market all around Austin (both North and South) was such a huge help. I’m still so impressed by how hardworking he and his team are and would highly recommend them! Roman is as professional as they come and is my first call when it comes to buy or sell properties in the future!

If you are looking for the right home or looking to sell your home, I highly recommend contacting Roman Lopez. He truly went over and beyond in a situation that was less than ideal and had our home sold in less than 3 weeks! He did everything he promised to do and at a time when I was beginning to feel hopeless, he stepped in and assured me he would get my family home sold. The house had been on the market for over a year and as soon as I spoke to Roman, I felt at ease and knew he was the man for the job! He is the only realtor I will use or recommend in the future! He is honest, did everything he promised and did more in three weeks than what anyone else did in over a year! I have never been more pleased! Thank you, Roman!

Roman was fantastic. I was selling a house from out of state as part of settling an estate and I needed someone who could jump in and make the sale long distance. Roman did just that. He kept up communications even when it looked like the sale might go private and was there to assist when it was firmly going public. His level of attention remained once we had the house listed and we had an acceptable offer in one week. Roman stayed with me through the close. If you are looking for a energetic realtor who can get the job done, I recommend Roman.
