Chris did an outstanding job also in the purchase of our new home. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of negotiating the best possible deal. He was knowledgeable of the area and provided local contractors to do additional work after purchase, for example; security system, water softener, cable tv and internet provider and others. I have and will continue to recommend Chris to my friends and family.

On top of everything and great communication for being his first year. He called us back and showed us homes the first day we talked, where as another realtor said she would check and never reached again to us until after we closed.

Susan was great! She knows what she is doing. She helped fight for us when we were having issues with the new build. I highly recommend her. She is looking out for the best interest of her clients and does whatever it takes during the entire process.

Elisa was amazing. Before we started the house hunting process, I was very nervous about finding the right realtor as we have been burned once before. Luckily we got paired up with her through Zillow. She was very patient, kind, flexible and so understanding. When I felt like we had looked at enough houses and still didn’t find “the one”, she encouraged us to keep looking. She never made us feel pressured or bad for taking our time. Not to mention, she was so knowledgeable about everything, we could walk a house and she would point out concerns, flaws and the good things about the houses. Always available when we wanted to view houses, even on holidays over Christmas break. When we got to negotiations, she got us everything we asked for! She gave us great recommendations for anything we needed. We actually used one of her recommendations to get our flooring done in our house, and he was wonderful! Honestly so thankful and appreciative she made this process smooth for us. I can’t say enough great things about her, we are very happy with how everything turned out.
