We have used Cain group services to buy multiple investment/rental properties in Austin. We bought all these properties remotely since we are not local to Austin. Our realtor from Cain group had a great knowledge and showed us multiple properties on video based on our criteria. The whole process of buying homes with Cain group was smooth. They even have a great rewards program. Highly recommended!

The Cain Team and specifically our realtor Travis Guebert has been awesome. They are professional, friendly and always on top of things. We out of state buyers looking to invest in rental property in Austin and Travis and his team has gone above any beyond to support us.
