This was my first time buying a property and I am glad I had Seth as my realtor. He offered so much valuable advice that helped me in choosing a home that met my needs and was within my budget. Seth was always responsive, answered all my questions, availed himself for all my house viewings. When we finally went under contract, I relied on him a lot since it was all so new to me. My initial approval fell through, Seth that helped me get another one, and made an otherwise overwhelming process much more bearable. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions, I always felt safe and that I could trust him. I would 100% recommend him for his professionalism and patience and will definitely use him again for my next purchase.

Seth was amazing. He was a huge help in getting everything ready to go on the market, including providing a walk through with recommended fixes and improvements most important to buyers, and also telling me what wouldn't make a huge impact to help me save money. He communicated through the whole process, answered all questions I had, and made recommendations along the way when we were having trouble attracting buyers. I'm so thankful he was in my corner!

His exceptional capabilities as a Real Estate professional is too long to list on a single review. We were very impressed with Seth's presentation and did not hesitate to select him as our real estate agent. His knowledge and expertise of the market as well as his absolutely outstanding communication skills and that that of his team were second to none.
