Today it has officially been a year in our new home and I truly wanted to wait so I could post on our 1 year anniversary. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are to have had the help of Eddie and his amazing wife in finding our absolute dream home. Eddie is not only friendly, personable and professional........ he outworks everyone!!!! I remember when we had made an offer on another home that we did not get, and I was devastasted to say the least. The next day Eddie had me at 5 different locations and that was the moment we found our dream home. Everyday my husband and I wake up and say, "Thank you God", but what we really mean is "Thank you Eddie!". He is beyond professional, we had went to an open house and the broker showing the home was extremely rude to Eddie, and he handled it like a gem. Smiled, handed his card, and proceeded to show us the home. IF you need someone on your side, you need Eddie. He understood my situation, I had to find a home fast and he made it happen in two months. He is honest about what the value of a home is and he tells you what it is. "You can offer low but the home is valued at X,Y,Z.....", it was his experience that allowed us to achieve our dream home. We got the square footage we needed, we got awesome schools, great neighbors, and if I ever move again, Eddie McGowan is my guy! There are so few people like him in the real-estate business. Eddie is very professional and knowledgeable. Although the process of purchasing a home can be difficult and tedious, he made this process a breeze. He was honest and transparent. He kept me updated with new information. I've recommended him to other friends and family that are completely impressed by his experience.

Eddie McGowan was an absolute pleasure to work with, he is very professional, nice and warm hearted. He never pushed us to commit to anything. He was very patient, walked us through the entire process, and helped us buy the perfect home for our budget. Eddie made sure we understood everything we needed to about the current market and helped us negotiate and win out against several other bidders. We would highly recommend him as an agent, and if we ever move again, We will definitely be using his services!

Eddie is a professional, and personable real estate broker. We worked together on a complicated estate sell, and Eddie was phenomenal about communicating with me about the process. For every curve-ball that was presented to us, his persistence and diligence never wavered. The showing process was always well streamlined, and hefrequently had potential buyers ready to see the property. He is a master negotiator, and I found his ability to relay technical jargon about real estate in a simple way particularly helpful. He comes highly recommended by me.

The moment we met Eddie we knew he was dedicated to selling our home. Our first meeting was amazing when he showed up with a full market analysis which was professionally done. He was very knowledgeable of the market and real estate in the area. His price evaluation was exactly what we were expecting and what ended up being the selling price. Throughout the whole process we had excellent communication. Eddie presented all offers, understood our concerns and made every decision through our discussions easier. We had many open houses which he did at various times on various days for accessibility to all. Eddie made us feel as though we were his only client, always there to answer a question whenever we needed him!
