Ed and Cherie saved us from experiencing unnecessary anxiety. I inherited an historic house that was in bad shape due to age and destructive renters. Ed, Cherie, and the Capstone team helped me with vendor referrals for necessary repairs as well as pointing out what would best increase the sale price. An offer was made soon after the house was put on the market. Along the way a huge roadblock was encountered that would have stopped the sale. Cherie negotiated the issue in an unique way that satisfied both the buyer and me. The sale just went through thanks to the creativity and extraordinary efforts of the Capstone team.
