Working with Durwin was a positive experience from start to finish. He, together with his partnering agent Lisa, assisted me in the sale of two homes that were inherited through the sudden passing of a relative. Already a stressful situation, the matters were complicated further by one of the homes being a distressed property that would require some real talent to find a buyer. At our first meeting, Durwin carefully explained the process, what minimum investment would needed at each home, and helped me understand kind of listing and sale strategy we would be looking at. Although I was a motivated seller, I knew very little about the process and needed to learn quickly. As it would turn out, Durwin would be an excellent advisor and partner for this very situation. Every question was answered, anxieties resolved, and valuable input at every stage of the process. We were ultimately above target on one sale and right on with the other, which I could not be more pleased about. Durwin was not only a pleasure to work with, but was willing to put the work in too.

Working with Durwin was exceptional. From the time my husband and I met him and Lisa, we knew they were the ones that could sell our lovely home of 15 years. We connected instantly, they took the time to understand our needs and explained to us how the process will go step by step. During our open house, we had over 5 offers by the end of it. Durwin and Lisa sat down with us to review each offer, which made a huge impact on making a conscious and smart decision on who we were selling our home to. OMG!!!! is the reaction when you first meet him. Very professional and excellent presentation when you first meet. Very knowledgeable of real Estate, and the process of selling or buying. He’s very patient which I like. I don’t like realtors that are pushy or arrogant or anything like that. He’s also well equipped with the process, he has the resources to ensure you have a great quality outcome. Especially with his negotiation skills. We are very happy with our outcome. OVERALL I would give him 10 stars if I could.
