As first time home-buyers, Shannon was recommended to us with selling our current home and buying our next home. She truly made such a stressful experience be calm and seamless.She was kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. In addition, she was always open to answering any question and explaining things that we were not sure of. She was very responsive during the week and even on weekends. Shannon would immediately be on top of communicating with other Realtors when we had questions about properties we were seeing.
