Hats off to Richie Hanna and the team. We really enjoyed working with him. He was prepared from the start and after setting a competitive price for our home, his magic started. The marketing of our property, the photographs of our house, the communication through out the process were all exceptional. He was always available to answer any questions we had. His efforts sparked a lot of interest in our house before officially going on the market and we ended up having four offers the first day (and the house sold for more than 5 percent over asking!). Ritchie was incredible in walking us through EACH stage of the preparation, staging and selling of our home. I meet Ritchie 2 years ago when he reached out to us asking us if we were in the stage of our life to sell our home. At that time we were not ready BUT he keep in touch with us about every 4 months asking if we had ANY questions about upgrades to our home and answered so many questions even before we were ready to sell SO it was just natural to reach out to Ritchie when we were ready. No question was too small. He was professional, ALWAYS answered our calls quickly, provided spot on realtor advice. He had excellent marketing skills. The house had several contracts before it even went on the market, and several one the first day. This was due to his pre marketing diligence.
