was outstanding to deal with. My family and I moved to NC and my dad decided to come also. My dad contacted Richie and then introduced me to Richie and collectively we came up with a plan to not only sell his house, but also take the steps to downsize (he has moved into independent/assisted living) his house also. We worked closely together even once we had moved my dad into his new place in NC. Richie was fantastic throughout the process from a communication standpoint and was the perfect person for us through this transition. Hats off to Richie Hanna and the team. We really enjoyed working with him. He was prepared from the start and after setting a competitive price for our home, his magic started. The marketing of our property, the photographs of our house, the communication through out the process were all exceptional. He was always available to answer any questions we had. His efforts sparked a lot of interest in our house before officially going on the market and we ended up having four offers the first day (and the house sold for more than 5 percent over asking!).
