Shannon was there with us the entire time from the moment we initially contacted her through all the dips and turns or the local real estate market. She was never too busy to take our calls (sometimes very late or very early) and worked with us through the entire process. She didn't sugar coat things but laid things out realistically. She demonstrated a sharp penchant for anticipating our needs and concerns often advising us beforehand of things that she knew might be a concern for us.
