Diane was fantastic to work with, we were selling a house out of state and buying in Las Vegas at the same time which meant everything had to align perfectly and I don't know how we could have done it without Diane's patience and expertise. While we were still trying to decide if Las Vegas would be our new home she took the time to meet with us, show us different neighborhoods, and answer our many questions about living in the area. Once we were under contract on the sale of our CA house she jumped into action immediately - helping us find the perfect house in our new community, communicating regularly with our CA real estate agent so that every step of the process was synced with the sale of our CA house, and using her connections with the mortgage and escrow companies to ensure every step went smoothly. With Diane's guidance we were able to find and close on a house, with an out of state sale involved - in only three weeks! We still can't believe how smooth the entire process was and give full credit to Diane's knowledge, connections, and determination that it would all work out. We highly recommend Diane for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas area and look forward to working with her again in the future.

From the moment I connected with Diane, she's been a powerhouse. On Day 1, she hit the ground running by connecting with multiple investors and potential buyers to get my late father's home sold. She kept me informed every step of the way, going above and beyond by even communicating with my lawyer to ensure all legal aspects were handled properly. Diane was my first choice and managed everything from start to finish. She helped me stage my home, brought in a great photographer and that brought in great views. My home sold very quickly and Diane helped me with every aspect. She is a lovely person, knows the business, knows the area and took great care of me. Thanks, Diane – you are the best!

Diane was an incredible resource for us in searching for our new home. She had an intimate knowledge of the market and how trends were shifting which allowed us to position ourselves to get a great deal and insulate us from the expected market downturn in 2023. She was always responsive to our questions, willing to put in extra time with us, and was a tough negotiator on our behalf. She also frequently checked in on us both during and after the home buying process.

She was quick to answer my request for looking for an agent. She is prompt and very professional. When looking at the house she is very honest about your house and what price to ask for it. What that causes is having a lot of people looking at your house and no one wanting a lower price. She made this a nice experience. Thank you Diane for doing a great job.
