Diane V. is an outstanding, patient, friendly, kind, and amazing realtor. From the first phone call she made to me after my online inquiry, I explained my situation and how the process of selling will take some time due to my family’s situation. She thoroughly explained to me how she works with her clients and expressed that my situation was something she had previously experienced with other clients. Once I met her in person, she provided me with details on her previous work, what resources she had for us as her client, and explained to me how the process would work. Even though I had a lot going on that day she was patient and understanding the entire time. Diane is the type of person who is true to their word and genuine at heart. Since I did not live in Las Vegas, I had to trust that she would help in every way possible and she did more than I expected. Over the months that we worked together, she was able to watch over the family’s house and provide resources for things that needed to be done. I appreciated her compassion for my family during the entire process and her reassurance along the way. The house did not stay on the market long, so as information was coming in, she would update me via email, text, and phone calls. If something was happening, then best believe my family knew about. By being away from the home her open communication reassured us time and time again that I made the right decision in choosing her as our realtor. I received several calls from pushing fast talking realtors that did not take the time to read through my request. Only Diane took the time to see what I wanted out of the sell and stayed honest and open with me every time we spoke. Even when my family cleaned out the house before the closed date, she stopped by and gave us dinner and drinks to get us through that first night. She set us up with a local shelter that would accept our clothes for their organization. It’s the little things that make a difference when developing a relationship and I am happy that I answered her call that day. Diane herself is a great RE agent with a lot of experience handling negotiations & different situations and she's built a team around here that is ready and able to tackle whatever obstacles come up. We had a few dicey issues come up in our transaction that were smoothly navigated by her and the team and did not cause delays in closing. We will definitely work with her again!

Diane was wonderful! She was prepared with listings to show us and made appointments for us to visit them. She tailored the listings based on our wants and needs. She communicated with the sellers and guided us in making offers, took care of closing paperwork and was a big help in meeting with the builder to catch anything that needed to be corrected before the closing. We were very satisfied and grateful for all she did!
