Devan worked with us for nearly 8 months to help us find the home we wanted. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, understanding, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we were wanting and looking for. When it came time for us to tour, he worked with our schedules promptly to get us in to see the properties we were interested in, and was extremely patient with our VERY inquisitive toddler that was our frequent tour buddy. When it came time for us to make offers, he used his knowledge of the market and our personal budget to help guide us to make offers that were competitive but not outlandish, even with the market being as crazy as it was. And when we finally closed, he made sure we got to the right place, at the right time, when our lender had actually told us the wrong place entirely. We felt that he truly was looking out for us and wanted us to succeed in finding the home that we wanted, not just make any sale. We could not have asked for anything more from him and our experience with him, short of him literally becoming magical. Should we ever need to move again in the future, he will be the first one we call, and if we have any friends or family needing to do so, we will more than happily recommend Devan to them. And to Devan: thank you again for everything!

Devan was competent, attentive to details, responsive and helped make the process of finding and then buying a condo pleasant. He showed us houses in the areas we were interested in buying and handled the negotiations competently. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Devan Lunceford was my agent from the first time I got approved for a mortgage and was always a phone call away and was quick to schedule viewings. He also did a good job explaining the process and details of the homes, etc. Then when I got approved for a mortgage again at my new job he was there to show me around new houses and gave me a good idea what I should offer to be certain I got the house I wanted and it worked. After that he did a good job guiding me through the closing process and making it as stress free as possible. Nothing but good things to say.
