Della was patient and listened to my concerns from the very start. It took us a while to find the right property. Della continued to provide me with great suggestions without making me feel rushed or pressured in any way. She is resourceful, and uses her extensive experience in the field to help me make the right decisions. She is helpful without being condescending or dismissive. She is always responsive. I never once felt like she was leaving me hanging. Della always has my best interest in mind. I am grateful for her integrity and honesty. I am very lucky to have found Della. I highly recommend Della.

I haven't bought a home since 1999. I lost mine in the 2008 housing bubble crash crisis. A lot has changed since then and Della was very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions patiently and was full of great advice to help get what I wanted. I love the home and would recommend Della wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to buy a home in the Sacramento area.

Della is extremely competent, polite, professional and very pleasant to work with. In addition, she understood and handled details and logistics ver well. This made the entire process very, very simple. There was no difficulties on our end because she mitigated everything so well. Not only were we happy, but the seller was happy too, even though we did not pay what she asked. This could have been a problem, but it wasn’t. Della made a potentially stressful process very easy. She comes highly recommended.

It was such a pleasure working with Della to sell our property. I've heard that the process can be stressful, but my experience was the opposite. At each step she made great recommendations and owned the implementation and outcomes, saving us time and money -- cleaning, staging and photos, finding buyers, inspections (so many inspections), appraisals, negotiations, titling, and beyond. Through it all Della was proactive, timely, communicative, knowledgeable, transparent, and cheerful. I cannot overstate the importance of each of those qualities when partnering with someone on a long project in which there are many unknowns. They meant that I always understood what was going on, felt confident about her choices, and was never pressured to make a decision that I felt wasn't in my best interests. That is a rare feat and for all the above reasons I would absolutely work with Della again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking an agent.
