Working with Al to purchase our new home has been an absolute delight! We were buying a home from out of state and Al made the whole experience stress-free and streamlined. He had to take on so many other tasks than he would normally have had to do if we had been local buyers, and he pulled off everything with flair. His communication is top notch; he kept us informed daily on developments and he attended multiple inspections for us that we could not be in town for. Al and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were buying from across the country and Al handled it well and made the process as easy as possible. I was referred to Delinda Crampton by a close family member who had only great thing—and now I completely understand why. From our very first conversation through the closing process (and even after), they (the Crampton Group) made me feel like a top priority. As a first-time home seller, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but everyone involved provided clear communication and comforting guidance every step of the way. They made what was a stressful experience (for me) feel extremely manageable. I’ve since moved out of state, and my only regret is that they’re not local to me anymore—because I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with them again. Highly recommend!

Delinda and her team were awesome. I needed to sell a home after my father passed away and needed a realtor. Thank goodness I found her and her team. I was only in town for one day, for the funeral, and she made time to come meet with me so we can get the papers signed. After that, her and her team were literally a full-service operation. When a repair, for example, needed to be done, they took care of finding and scheduling the contractors, and many many other things. I highly recommend her and her team.
