Debra was great to work with. She was very responsive from start to finish. We updated the house before puting it on the market and Debra helped us greatly with knowing what to do that would have the most benefit and in choosing paint, carpet, tile etc. She was spot on in her pricing recommendations. Our house sold quickly while other similar properties have sat on the market for months.

It started with a click. We weren’t necessarily on the hunt but we took the plunge and asked to see what would be our new home. From the first moment of working with Debra, I felt cared for. She knew the market. She had perspective. Initially, I didn’t think it was possible to make things work. In truth there were many paths that would lead to failure. But Debra found the path to success. She encouraged in the right moments…was always responsive to my questions and requests. And always with a smile. She is a rock during the hardest moments…providing a reassuring touch, guidance, direction and follow through. She did everything possible in making this experience as easy as possible anticipating my needs and wants. I don’t know what I don’t know…and Debra taught me and guided me thru this process. Obviously…I am very happy with our outcome and Debra was a huge part of our success as noted. I cannot thank her enough. Debra…you rock!

We worked with Debra for a few months in very competitive DFW markets to by a single family house. As first time buyers we were pretty nervous but she guided us throughout the process and helped us to narrow down our criteria, showed us houses anytime, provided detailed comps and disclosures, and shared her experiences along the way! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to areas around lake Grapevine and has great resources and does not hesitate to share anything! Her communication is spot on whether it's email, text, or call and it was so easy and fun to work with her! If I ever sell my house or go for another property in DFW area she is our go-to!

Debra really worked hard for us. She was always professional and responsive to all of our questions I highly recommend Debra for any realtor needs. She was also fun to work with and stuck with us through difficult situations without ever complaining or giving up. She really knows and understands the market and how to negotiate the best deal.
