Roslyn worked harder for me and my wife to get into our home for the fairest price and best contract terms than anyone I have seen. She protected me and my family by carefully reviewing the contract, inspection reports, payment terms, etc. I will definitely be contacting Roslyn when our family grows and it is time to sell our current home and find a new one.

I originally listed my home with another agent from a different realty company. This agent wanted to charge a higher commission rate and list my home at a lower price. I immediately contacted Roslyn Gauntt to whom I was referred to by a previous client. I was amazed at the difference! Roslyn was less expensive to list with, got more for my house, and even sold it in one day for the full list price! But more importantly, she was kind, informative of the ins-and-outs of the selling and buying process, and she was available to answer my numerous questions day and night.
