Ali was the best realtor we can ask for! Luckily we found him in Zillow based from his expertise and high reviews from previous clients. My family and I are very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and experience in real estate that are truly valuable to us as first time home buyers. He made the whole process easy and stress free for us. Ali is very personable and dependable. He is very consistent and thorough with his work. He is also very responsive and attentive to us at all times even in the late nights. He always have a solution to everything. He is very flexible when touring homes as well. Ali has exceptional negotiating skills. He represented us really well and we got the best deal! He also helped us a lot through inspection phase, he made sure that the sellers were able to fix the major damages in the house including getting us a brand new roof! And on the last stretch of the process, Ali was very consistent until the end. He helped us reach our target closing date. He went above and beyond to have the sellers sign earlier than expected so we can finally move in. Thank you Ali Merchant for taking care of us and making sure we are happy with our first home. Ali is one of the BEST realtors out there. It’s not a transaction to him and he genuinely cares. He makes sure you find the right home based on your needs.
