Rachel represented me as a buyer's agent. I found her at an open house. I met a few dozen agents at open houses before I ran into Rachel, but before I left her open house she was my agent. It was immediately clear to me that Rachel gets it. I wasn't wrong. The first thing I want from a buyers agent is someone who deeply understands what I'm looking for, and can match that to the market. I was still looking at listings every day, but by the time I saw something that was interesting, Rachel was already calling me about it. That puts Rachel in the top 10% of agents in my opinion. Then we get into contract negotiations. She helped me get a home under contract before it hit MLS. The condition of the property wasn't as expected, and she counseled me on a price that seemed fair given the condition. The seller didn't agree, so we walked. 8 weeks later the property sold, at the price she had recommended. She kept me from paying the $30k over market the seller was asking for. When I did buy a home, she got me a better than expected price, but also a lot of additional perks on the side. She read the situation and knew we had room to ask for some extras without jeapordizing the excrow and the relationship. Lastly, and this is the part that's most unique to Rachel, is her network. Agents talk about having a network of off-market buyers/sellers they have access to, but in almost all cases they're really talking about networking with other agents in their office. That isn't unique to any agent, everyone that works at a good sized office has that same access. The unique thing about Rachel is she has a huge personal network of homeowners and investors that she markets to regularly. When I was in the market she showed me a few homes that were rentals where the owner would be open to selling if there was interest and we could make it work. That's not common. When you put all these pieces together it puts Rachel in the top 1%. She isn't the only great agent out there, and if you already have a great agent, stick with them. But if you don't already have a great agent, the good ones and the bad ones all charge the same fee, so why not work with a great one? Rachel is a great one.

Rachel Moussa and Jenni Hurst are incredible! We were not evening looking for a house when we stumbled on an opportunity we couldn’t pass up. Rachel answered our text immediately and pushed her team into action. Jenni was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. Our family has been so blessed to have met Rachel Moussa and her team at Blushwood Realty and I want to share our long story. In 2021 we were on search for our forever home within our hometown Flower Mound. Rachel guided us through the hunting process. Our desire for a newer house within town but with specific budget lead us to build a new home in a developing neighborhood on the west side of town, bordering Argyle. Rachel has a talent and innate desire to truly understand clients’ needs and can read their hearts to find their perfect home and community fit. I remember her light hearted words when she said we may be calling her back in a few years to continue looking in central Flower Mound where we had initially wanted. Rachel has passion for Blushwood Realty and knows that in order to help families you have to understand them! We stayed in touch through social business events. She was right—4 years later we were being called back “home” to our perfect location in central Flower Mound. This house hunting time around we had not just Rachel Moussa but another amazing team member, Jenni Hurst. It felt like a complex roller coaster of emotions and strategies trying to find a house to fit our needs within our price range, sell our current brand new 4 year old home within a reasonable time, manage the transition in a way that the timing would work considering we were buying before selling and would have multiple mortgages, and the need for housing updates on the new purchase. During those overwhelming and emotional months of making one of the hardest decisions for our family-leaving a house that we built and made to be our own masterpiece but in a location that was not right for us- Blushwood Realty gave it their all! Such a cohesive and complete service team! From getting us financially pre-approved and ready to make an offer on a house within 24 hours using their contact for mortgage officer, to finding the house with the perfect potential and bones to be exactly what we needed, to showing up with contractors to quote us on remodeling the potential home and consider that in the offer and negotiating what was fair, to praying for our clarity in this decision making—Rachel and Jenni were everything we needed and beyond. They truly care and are so knowledgeable and responsive. Blushwood Realty is a full service realty group. We had second thoughts between making our offer on a house that needed full remodel but perfect potential, and placing our existing house for sale. Jenni was there as a realtor but also as someone we could open our hearts to. Rachel was the strategy coordinator. They are a dream team! Blushwood Realty staged our house for sale and it was beyond beautiful, which helped us sell quickly and for asking price! The day that we closed on our new purchase, Blushwood Realty’s contacts for contractors were reliably ready to start same day! We are now in central Flower Mound, finishing remodel on our new home, and this feels like the puzzle pieces finally came together and we will be here for most of our lives. We have experience with Rachel, and she set the stage how things would unfold and was available throughout this arduous process. Our situation was unique in that my mom needed an emergency change of placement and we needed to sell her home with not a lot of information about it, nor time to deal with repairs, contractors, middle of the day timeframes. Jenni read my heart and heard my frustration following what had already been a very long and difficult year of personal hardships and grief. Jenni was immediately was like a “warm hug” As shared, it was my mom’s house and we both work full time jobs and didn’t have time to get it ready, so you hired the “full service” team at blushwood who was able to handle everything for you, including: Arranging a phenomenal state of the art of communication and hard work — “estate sale” that took everything off my hands. Multiple quotes and then repairs from foundation contractors Painting the entire home Hand selecting lighting updates and hiring handyman to install to keep make it updated without breaking the bank. Very reasonable and so helpful. Cleaners Locksmith Then once under contract, and needed to complete a lot of repairs, our team handled: Pest control Roof repairs In short, this could not have been done without the quick ability to pivot of this team and seemingly unlimited resources to deal with all things that crept up that were unexpected. Highly recommend!

5 stars is not enough! 10 stars, 50 stars, 100 stars for Blushwood Realty! Would strongly recommend for anyone buying or selling a home. Rachel, Rachel, and Jenni are the best team around. Extremely knowledgeable and GREAT communicators. I never had any doubts or questions during my experience selling my home with this team. They were all so friendly and such a joy to work with.
