Simply put David Troyer and his team are amazing, and helped us sell our home of 12 years. It’s 2020 and with the pandemic in play, the process of selling a home has changed. I am both thankful and grateful to have had David and his team by our side as we navigated through the new rules and regulations placed on how one can sell a home during these times. David and his team are the penultimate professionals but are also some of the nicest people you can meet. Each experts in their field and always willing to help and answer your questions. David runs an ultra smooth operation and he and his team were on the ball for every step of the selling process from start to finish. David Troyer and his associates are the most professional real estate agents I have ever worked with. From signing the listing agreement to the close of escrow it was a pleasure to work with he and his team. Every aspect of every detail we were informed of. David Troyer recently sold our home of 29 years. We interviewed him along with other agents and found him to be very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He has an amazing team of professionals who came in and gave our home an updated polished look within a matter of days. He had it open to the public in less than 2 weeks and it sold 3 days after that. David made the overall process feel simple and painless. He and his team were there with answers to questions and were able to quickly resolve any issues we had. We would definitely recommend David to anyone needing an agent in the Mountain View/Los Altos area.

David and his team did a spectacular job selling our home! It was on the market for 7 days and we had over 5 offers and we ended up with a sale price way above listing. He and his team were very professional in setting up our home and we could not have been happier with the resulting sale.

We have worked with David to buy our house in Los Altos in a very competitive market. We couldn't be happier with David's professionalism and expert advice. We always felt that he truly tries to make us happy buyers, instead of just making a quick coin. David is an expert on the Los Altos area and exceptionally well connected with other agents.
