David Arustamian is a PHENOMINAL realtor. He worked with my firm recently to sell a challenging property and he and his team went above and beyond for our client. We have had issues with other realtors in the past, but David was super easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and was always available when we had any questions or issues. We will absolutely work with him and his firm again.

David Arustamian and Frank Aazami and their teams have completely gone above and beyond our expectations every time we've worked with them. We buy and sell homes regularly all over the west coast, and Frank and David are the very best we've ever worked with here in Arizona. (They came highly recommended by another Sotheby's top producer in Santa Fe and we are so grateful for the referral.) They make promises that they keep. They have a method of selling that is respectful to both the sellers and potential buyers. They work as many hours as we do, which is a lot, and we respect their work ethic. They have never let us down. Through them, we've broken sales records in McCormick Ranch, as well as other neighborhoods in the Scottsdale area. And we've sold homes in just a day! They are unbelievable. If you need a team of professionals you can trust, who keep their word, who are honest and kind, who deliver every time, you will love working with David and Frank.

I never would have believed that I would ever buy a house in Arizona while still living in Washington state. But I did just that !! It would never have been possible to transition so seamlessly from Washington to Arizona without David Arustamian and his staff's hard work and assistance. They did everything in the world possible to make this move as easy at it could possibly be. Everything that they did for us was absolute concierge service. I cannot praise these people enough and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning to buy a house in Arizona.

David was wonderful to work with! I appreciated that he really listened to what we wanted and worked with us as a partner. We received very timely updates with everything he was doing to promote and sell our property which really helped to keep us in the loop. From these updates it was clear that he is not someone to sit back and wait for an offer but rather is the type of realtor who is very active in trying to sell the property. As anyone who has ever sold a house knows, the process is stressful and David helped keep things in perspective to reduce some of that stress. If we were still in AZ we would use him again in a heartbeat!

The best real estate professional in the industry! I can’t express how amazing working with David was. He is amazing from explaining every detail to us to making the process easy. To this day, David sold our house at the highest dollar amount per square foot and that was over two years ago. This man is going to exceed any expectations you can possibly have!
