David and his team were great to work with, we struggled to sell our house, it was on them market over a year, two other agents tried before David and his team and they were unsuccessful. David and his team helped put me in touch with some legal professionals that helped a lot in selling this house. I would highly recommend David and his team. Thank you for your help.

Our house was on the market for 5 months earlier this year with no serious buyers in sight. So we took it off the market for 2 months and then listed it with David on September 1. On September 12, we had a full price offer from a qualified buyer. David attended every showing of our house and “sold” the house to prospective buyers. He was so successful we also had a backup buyer. He and his team kept me apprised of every detail of the sale and recommended workmen to assist with repairs and our move. They were truly professional and got the result we were looking for. Cori was especially helpful with getting everything done. Thanks guys!
