Crystal was beyond awesome. She helped my buy my first home. She was kind, compassionate and listened to what I wanted. Crystal helped me buy my first home, as a VA buyer. I really appreciate that she listened to me; paid attention to what I wanted in a home and didn’t pressure me into homes that didn’t meet my expectations. It was a long process with a lot of highs and lows, due to uncooperative tenants, but Crystal worked hard and made it come together, even in this market! She helped negotiate many details throughout the transaction that made this the best deal for me!She is professional, friendly, communicative and I couldn’t have done it without her! We are a little over a month in our new first home and I am still finding myself saying thank you to her for what she has done to help my kids and me. Crystal not only worked with me, but supported my journey, while I had to work towards getting my down payment together. She is incredibly encouraging, even when I thought I wasn't the strongest offer. She is very thorough and guided me through the process while being diligent with the proposed timeline and kept communication with all parties. Crystal is knowledgeable in the preferred area, but also exposed me to other opportunities. I have worked with other realtors in the past, but I have never trusted any the way I trust her. Her ability to explain the process, provide options, demonstrate follow through, and put my concerns and preferences as a priority during our search are but just a few reasons she is the only one I will work with and refer to from now on. Her positive energy, genuine interest for both myself and my children, and professionalism when working with every aspect of the home buying process is what makes her stand out. I am so grateful she was referred to me from a friend and fellow single mother trying to attain the same goal for her children, as I have already referred her to another friend in the same situation so she can experience the same success with Crystal. Young, millennial, first time home buyer here. I was not intimidated with the home buying process per say because I had previously worked in a real estate office as the weekend receptionist and learned how the real estate industry operated and worked. During my time as an employee of a local real estate brokerage, I met a few agents but I recall Crystal standing out to me because she wouldn’t just say “ Hi” as she walked by the reception desk but she would engage in conversation. I observed her in her client meetings in the office and I liked how she demonstrated excellent active listening skills and how she explained and broke down the home buying process and the local market. When I decided that I wanted to buy my first property after graduating college and establishing my career, she was the first agent I thought of and I reached out to her. Crystal was really patient with me as for a while I was undecided and unclear on exactly what type of property I wanted: Condo or Townhouse vs. Single Family house. She helped me sort through the pros and cons of the different property types and asked many clarifying questions to ensure she understood my needs and my motivation for wanting to buy. We worked together in fall 2019 then due to a family member's health challenges I took a small break and picked up my search again in spring 2020. In working with Crystal, any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. She explained things thoroughly and always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly! She negotiated well on my behalf and secured a good portion of closing cost paid by the seller. I am thankful to Crystal for the time and effort she spent with me. She made my first home buying experience easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend working with Crystal to anyone!I will definitely be working with Crystal again in the future.
