Courtney and her team were absolutely amazing! From the beginning, she explained the selling process in great detail and answered all our questions. Throughout the whole experience, Courtney was kind, compassionate and up front with us and guided us through a tough situation. Three months before we put our house on the market, Betsie, Courtney and Ben Welch met with us for a preliminary consultation to look over our property, set some goals and suggest improvements to help us prepare for selling our home and lift our price. They also gave us an initial comparative market analysis, comparing our home to others that sold nearby, to help determine a recommended selling price. Suggestions were made on what we could do to make rooms feel larger and help buyers visualize the space and property better. After working hard to declutter rooms, make final home improvements and stage our house to show it off, we invited the Welches back to do another comparative market analysis and agree on a final great selling price. After this point, time moved fast! Courtney and Ben photographed our home inside and out taking the most professional-quality photos we have ever seen. Courtney wrote an awesome description that matched well with the beautiful pictures. The “for sale” sign and lock box were put in place, then before we knew it, the open house was planned for the next weekend! What an amazing experience we had selling our home with the Welch Family! During the open house we received 19 offers! Many offers were above the asking price. Courtney reviewed all the offers received and helped us negotiate the best deal even after our first choice buyer backed out!
