My wife and I have moved seven times in our life together, and every time brings new challenges and opportunities to work through. We say this is our last move (just like we did with the last two!), and I truly hope that it is. We are very particular about our homes and are generally very meticulous and organized in general. Our latest move came as a surprise even to us. We lucked into a picture perfect home that was just completed and had not yet sold. It was too good to pass up so we jumped on it. I say it was a surprise because we were casually browsing neighborhoods in late June and six weeks later, we are in our new home writing this review (the first week of August)! Ben Welch, our realtor, and the whole Welch Family Group were there to help us every step of the way. In fact, they are still helping us with a few remaining challenges with the builder of our new construction home. If you are in the market for a new home or are thinking about selling yours, I definitely would give Ben a call. He's going to be with you every step of the way. Ben & his sister Courtney were the perfect team to help us find our first home! They were very responsive to texts despite the time of day, always helped us squeeze in those last-minute house viewings, and were incredibly efficient in coordinating with our lender, the listing agent, and the title company. Diving into our first home-buying experience, we were so lost, but they were so knowledgeable & patient and walked us through everything. They are well-connected in the area, so anything you need, they always have someone in mind for you! Ben & his team truly care about their clients; I know I'll be able to rely on him long-term if I need future recommendations for renovations or to sell. Couldn't recommend Ben & his team enough!

Harold and his team were a blessing to have and a life saver! We needed helping with a rental and from our first meeting they took charge and knocked it out of the park. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Professional, kind and responsive. Helped us out big time with negotiating and dealing with questions potential renters had that I couldn't answer. Would use them again and would recommend for anyone.

Harold ("Ben") was nothing short of amazing! I met Ben at an open house for another listing he had, and when I met him I just knew I had to hire him. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and truly listened to what my dream home was. During my home buying process, I never felt overwhelmed or stressed when Ben was assisting. Home buying in itself is a difficult and stressful process, but with the help of Ben the stress was lifted off my shoulders and I was then allowed to truly embrace the experience! I am so thankful to have had a realtor as amazing as Ben and if you are looking for someone who communicates quickly, explains clearly and listens closely - this is your guy!
