Claudia helped us with the sale of our home and we were very happy with the results and with her professionalism and hard work. The house sold in a few days but during that time and through to the closing she was always available, responsive, and very pleasant, notwithstanding the pressure of showing houses during the pandemic. Since we were not in Miami during the sale or closing, she had to take care of all sorts of details normally not the responsibility of a real estate agent (like moving our car so it could be shipped north) and she handled these cheerfully and competently. We were very happy with our experience with Claudia and would highly recommend her!

Claudia helped us sell our house in one month after listing with her as our agent. We had relocated to CA in August. Our first agent put the house on market in September with no success. We did not have a single offer. Claudia was our second agent and delivered results in four weeks with a suitable offer. Thanks to her we got our peace of mind. Clauida was initially introduced to us by our bank when we first purchased our house. Claudia was extremely patient taking us around to many different property addresses to show us the houses. We ended up buying this house. So, when it came time to sell Claudia was a natural choice. She already knew what the house looked like when I bought it, so selling it she would know all the many upgrades that I had made to the house. Also since she was so patient in the buying process, I knew she would be the same in the selling process. The house moved very quickly to allow us to close out the mortgage. If you are buying or selling in the Miami area, you would be wise to go with Claudia!
