Joel displayed his expertise and his professionalism, to help me deal with the many intracies that surfaced during the sales process. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Issues were always handled in a timely manner. His ability to deal with extenuating circumstances, such as finding contractors to deal with last minute issues, was a tremendous help.

We met Joel as a referral to help us with the selling of my uncle's home upon his passing. Florida is not our state of residence, so securing someone we could trust was imperative. Joel was very professional, kind and compassionate. He is extremely knowledgeable in probate real estate. He offered thoughtful recommendations for preparing the house for sale, and his customer services went above and beyond! Joel is extremely knowledgeable and was there for us from the beginning to the closing of out home. Always returns your calls promptly didn’t matter what time. We would definitely recommend anyone selling or buying to contact him. It was a great experience for us.

Joel and his colleagues did an outstanding job in selling our condo and providing us with needed information. His fee was reasonable and he got what seemed to be a good price for the property. He and his colleagues were easy to work with and made selling the property very easy and simple considering that we were doing so from out-of-state. Definitely recommended and I would use them again if I was in the Florida real estate market.
