Alyssa was on point since day one. I was in the middle of a deal I was not sure was going to work out and she patiently waited to help me put plan B into motion. She helped my family find our forever home and help this first time buyer with every detail of the process. I would recommend Alyssa to any home buyer her patience, ability to listen to what her client wants and her attention to detail puts her in a superior category

I had minimal time left to find an apartment. As soon as we found a property that peaked my interest, Chris was quick to set up a tour. Chris's responsiveness and communication made the process seamless and quick. He was able to negotiate my rent to a fair price. He was in constant communication with other parties to expedite the entire process from lease to HOA approval to move in day. Bonus, he is extremely knowledgable about the neighborhood and fun to work with!

Justin will be our first to-go person to sell the house!!! We had an unpleasant experience with our previous agent, so we were already vulnerable when we chose to work with Justin. We didn't want to have the same experience we'd had before. He handled our concerns and questions with so much knowledge and care and he heard our feelings and addressed them with what he would do for us to feel safe and confident. His market and area knowledge was important to us. He knew the area and the market so well, that he gave us numbers and statistics so we were confident in pricing our house and we trusted him to sell our house. He didn't just deliver as he promised, he went above and beyond. We only had 2 showings, and on day number 4 of the listing, Justin called us to discuss the offer. We ended up having 2 offers, chose the stronger one, and canceled the open house planned for Sunday. We were supposed to close our house on August 22, but instead, we closed it on August 15. We closed within 3 weeks after we accepted the offer. He offers a turn-key, full-circle service. He's got the marketing team, and the title agency, and even if you need, he can recommend the lenders. Overall, we already started recommending him to our friends and family members.

Estefania was the most helpful person through the entire purchasing process. She was extremely knowledgeable about buying in the area and all of the obstacles we might encounter and she was supportive through every single bump in the road. The experience working with her was always easy since communication was great. I would recommend everyone to work with her if you're looking for a truly supportive Realtor.
