Charlie was truly such a blessing to my husband and me throughout the entire home-buying process. From the beginning, he took the time to educate us, walk us through every step, and make sure we felt confident and supported. He toured every home with us, kept us grounded, and was a steady, calming presence through. He went above and beyond in every aspect- providing trusted vendor recommendations ahead of time, staying with us through our entire inspection, and answering every question quickly and thoroughly. He was always in touch, incredibly reliable, and made us feel like a priority at every stage. Charlie also negotiated exceptionally well and helped us secure a great deal on the home we fell in love with. What could have been an overwhelming process felt smooth and manageable. I recently bought a home in Deland, Flordia with the help of Kyla. In June, I moved from North Carolina and Kyla was able to help me find a home within a week or so of officially seeking a home. If you are seeking a kind, patient and an informative individual to help find the house you are looking for, Kyla Shaver is your girl. Throughout my process of buying my first home, Kyla was such a joy to work with. If I had questions, she was quick to give/find answers for me. Kyla Shaver was extremely attentive to our checklist of needs and wants within a home. We were moving from out of state in search of our perfect home and needed someone to be our eyes and ears on the ground with knowledge of the area we were moving to while we were searching via the web. She was extremely helpful in keeping us informed with new listings that met our criteria as they became available and was more than accommodating with her schedule when we were visiting to do walk throughs on very limited time. Kyla found the perfect home for us that we didn't even know about through her network of colleagues in the industry! Kyla was incredible through the whole process from the search to negotiations to settlement day and was always available whenever we needed her or had a question. Kyla is absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I started the home buying process Jan 1, 2022 and Kyla was with us every step. Kyla was very patient with us too when we were indecisive and took a short break from house shopping. Kyla is very responsive and polite. Kyla is truly amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough
