Amy Heath was exceptional to work with! Fully understood our needs and worked wonders with our challenges (and there were many) in selling our aging parents property. She also worked very closely and coordinated with the title company on all requirements. Communicated extremely well on all aspects of the property dealings; very easy to talk with and was very responsive and timely in answering any and all questions. Would highly recommend Amy for any real estate needs!

Amy Heath is a local realtor to Crescent City and knows all of the local providers. Her knowledge and expertise helped me to close on my home in under 5 weeks. She was familiar with the appraiser as well as the inspector needed for the 4 point inspection. She recommended a local insurer who got me the best deal for this area. She always returned my calls in a timely manner.

Amy is an awesome realtor. She showed us many properties in her district and even found us another realtor for properties not in her district. She kept us up-to-date at all times, by both emails and phone. We told her our needs and she made it happen.

Amy did a great job for us all along the way. Any problems that arose were addressed and resolved. Repairs that needed to be completed were resolved and Amy was even able to recommend people that could make the repairs.
